Hi! I'm a junior doctor from Ireland, recently relocated to Melbourne. I've always loved teaching and really enjoyed my 3 years of tutoring experience back in Ireland, mainly tutoring Spanish and Science at high school level.

I achieved >90% in English, Spanish, Biology and Chemistry in my Leaving Certificate, and would be happy to tutor any of these subjects, adapting lessons to each student's needs and the Australian curriculum.

I'm also happy to work with younger students from Year 2 onwards, particularly with literacy and numeracy.

I aim to make lessons engaging, supportive and tailored to each student, whether you're looking to build confidence, improve understanding or prepare for exams.

Experience

I really love tutoring and seeing students grow and improve. Most of my tutoring experience has been teaching Spanish at high school level, but I have also helped family and friends with Maths/ Biology/ Chemistry. I would be happy to work with students from Year 2 upwards.

Qualifications

I am a qualified medical doctor, recently relocated to Australia from Ireland, and I am working casually for a few months until my next contract starts in February. In Ireland we have a 'Leaving Cert' rather than the VCE and I achieved a score of >90% in 5 of my 6 subjects (English, Spanish, Chemistry, Physics, Biology) and 85% in Maths. I love to teach and have really enjoyed my tutoring experience so far.
