Melbourne tutor in Algebra, Creative Writing, English, English Language, English Literature, Further Maths, General Maths, Geometry, Maths, Reading, Statistics

Hi! My name is Brigid, and I am a qualified Primary School Teacher with 4 years of teaching experience. I am passionate about teaching and love helping students build their confidence, understand new concepts and reach their learning goals.

I previously worked as a Mathematics Tutor at Australian Catholic University (ACU), supporting tertiary students with their mathematics studies. Having achieved a high mark in my own mathematics studies, I was able to use my knowledge and teaching skills to help other students develop their understanding and achieve strong results.

As a classroom teacher, I understand that every student learns differently. I bring my knowledge and experience as a teacher into one-on-one tutoring sessions, tailoring lessons to suit each student's individual needs, learning style and goals.

What I offer:

* One-on-one tutoring tailored to your child
* Support with homework and classroom learning
* Help building confidence and understanding
* Primary school mathematics and literacy support
* Engaging, encouraging and supportive lessons
* Lessons held at the student's home
