Experience

My name is Miss B and I am the owner and developer of Miss B's Student Services in
Riverside; providing hands on, engaging and individualized programs in academia
and music tuition, for learners of all ages, abilities and backgrounds.

My education and 15 years experience has provided me with many experiences and
opportunities to work with children of all ages, backgrounds and abilities.

I have worked in Launceston, London, Sydney, Sweden and remote areas of
Western Australia where I was awarded a prestigious NEITA ASG Inspirational
Teaching Award.

With such varied and valuable experience I can ensure that your child becomes
engaged in the learning process to improve their skills in academic subjects.

I have an AMUSA Music Diploma in classical piano and classical singing. I can also
play the flute, and have privately tutored students in specialized theory instruction. I
have a Diploma of Arts from the University of Southern Queensland, where I
specialized in theater, media and visual art.

Qualifications

Catherine has a Bachelor of Education from the University of Tasmania, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and a Masters of Education from the University of Southern Queensland, a Graduate Certificate in Education Studies from Murdoch University, a Teaching English as a Foreign Language Educators certificate from TEFL USA and a Certificate III in Children’s Services.

In addition to the above education and child care qualifications, she also has a Diploma of Arts from the University of Southern Queensland and a Diploma of Tourism from TAFE NSW. She is a registered teacher with the St. Cecilia School of Music and holds a Licentiate Diploma of the St. Cecilia School of Music in Arts Education and has been admitted as a licentiate of the ASMC in the subject and discipline of Arts Education.
