I am an experienced high school teacher and private tutor with 10 years of experience in both classroom teaching and one-on-one tutoring. Having spent the past decade teaching at a prestigious selective high school, I have developed a strong understanding of how to support students across a wide range of academic abilities. This includes from those requiring additional assistance to high-achieving students aiming for outstanding results.

I am passionate about helping students reach their full academic potential. I strongly believe that high achievement is not simply about natural ability — with the right commitment, guidance, structure and encouragement, every student can make meaningful progress and achieve excellent results.

My lessons are structured, professional and easy to follow with teaching tailored to each student's individual learning needs. I identify and target areas of weakness while continuing to strengthen existing skills, helping students become confident and well-rounded learners. I also provide worksheets, study notes, revision materials and practice questions to reinforce learning outside of tutoring sessions.

Drawing on my extensive experience as both a classroom teacher and private tutor, I am able to explain difficult concepts in a clear and approachable way and adapt my teaching style to suit each student. I bring patience, empathy and strong interpersonal skills to every lesson and aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and challenging themselves.

Ultimately, my goal is not only to improve a student's marks but also to develop their confidence, study habits, problem-solving skills and independence while making each tutoring session productive, engaging and rewarding.
