I'm Andrew and I'll get straight to the point. I have both an MD and PhD from UWA and know how to help you achieve the best scores for your GAMSAT or biomedical courses, whether they be at high-school, undergraduate, postgraduate or even Registrar level studies. So, if you need help in anatomy, biochemistry, physics, general science understanding, physiology, chemistry.... you name it. I'm sure we can work together to help you figure it out.

I also have close to 15 years as a biomedical research scientist in Australia and Europe and am still publishing research in peer-reviewed journals. What this means is I can also help with your science communication in both written and verbal domains.

Many of my previous students are now either senior medical students (at UWA or Notre Dame) or Junior Doctors working on the wards across Perth.

I have also written a set of practice GAMSAT section 3 questions which I am happy you to work on. We can use these questions as the starting basis for dealing with this section.

Experience

I have tutored at University level since 2003 and have also lectured since 2008. Many of my students have gone on to successfully pass the GAMSAT and have recommended me to their colleagues, brothers and, sisters. I have extensive experience with teaching students from many diverse backgrounds (from bricklayers through to nurses and high-school teachers) and helping them improve their GAMSAT and university marks.

I also have taught students from Europe where English is not their first language (German, Greek, French) and so I am also able to use simple and clear language when supervising and tutoring students.

I have set exam questions on a range of Biomedical and Health related sciences for several universities, and have also generated a range of typical exam questions for Section 3 of the GAMSAT - Reasoning in Biological Sciences. These questions include: 'simple' anatomy, embryology, epidemiology, acoustics, optics, pH scales, acid/bases, organic chemistry.... the list is quite long to mention them all here. Look - message me and we can sort specific problem sets out for you.

Also, if you need help with your Section 2 - Essays I am more than happy to help with your clarity of expression, and give you ideas on how to structure your responses.

I have successfully completed my MD from UWA (Perth, 2017) and so know exactly the type of information / approach for the GAMSAT entrance examination.
