I’ve spent a few years living in Canada and Australia. I was born in Aichi Prefecture, which isn’t a city but has a great balance of nature and residential areas, similar to the Gold Coast where I used to live. I lived in Tokyo for over 10 years before moving to Canada—my very first time overseas. I started relearning English from scratch. Although it was challenging at first, I really enjoyed not only learning the language but also the life lessons along the way. Because of my experiences abroad, I can deeply understand the feelings of learners from various perspectives.

I have taught lessons at language schools in both Japan and Australia, providing me with valuable experience in understanding and empathizing with students. I utilize various teaching methods to maximize the learning experience and have developed a range of educational techniques that ensure students learn effectively.

In my lessons, I cover a wide range of topics, including conversational Japanese, formal speaking, extensive grammar, expressions, vocabulary, reading, writing, JLPT exam preparation, and phonics.

For materials, I can provide resources such as GENKI, Minna-no-Nihongo, JLPT materials, Japanese for Busy People, and Japanese from Zero. However, you are also welcome to bring your own materials if you prefer.
