I genuinely cannot say enough amazing things about Tanya. She is truly the sweetest person ever the kind of tutor who not only helps you improve academically but also genuinely cares about you as a person. She originally had my older brother, in which he would absolutely say the exact same thing and she was so good she became mine as well. Every session, she takes the time to ask how you’re doing, what’s going on in your life and she listens with so much warmth and understanding. It’s rare to find someone especially a tutor who balances kindness and professionalism so perfectly. Academically, she’s been an absolute game-changer. My grades have improved more than I ever expected, and that’s completely thanks to her incredible resourcefulness and deep knowledge of the subject. My grades have been the highest they have been in English all thanks to her. She explains everything in a way that actually makes sense, she takes her time with you as sometimes in a classroom it’s hard to get that one-on-one support and learning to actually understand. She is so incredibly smart and has this amazing ability to break things down in a way that actually makes sense. No matter how confusing something seems at first, especially when she knows i’m struggling to grasp it, she always finds a way to explain it so clearly that it just clicks. She helps you understand the material and actually improve your writing and thinking. Every session feels like a lightbulb moment because she’s that good at what she does. She’s constantly sending extra materials, helpful resources and tips that actually make a difference. Even outside of lessons, she’s always happy to read over work, give feedback, and help me improve. I would also like to highlight a moment, before she took my brother on she said if she hadn’t read the book my brother was doing, she would make sure to read it and learn as much/research as much as she could so she could teach him. That sums her up as a person. You can tell she genuinely cares about her students and puts so much effort into making sure you feel confident and supported. She’s also unbelievably flexible always willing to adjust sessions around my schedule and learning needs which i’m so grateful for because it’s been a tough year. She meets you exactly where you are and helps you grow from there, with so much patience and encouragement along the way. I’m honestly so grateful for everything she’s done for me. If I could recommend Tanya a million times over, I would because she deserves it. She’s not just an amazing tutor, she’s one of the kindest, most uplifting people I’ve ever met. |

Tanya is a helpful, kind and extremely knowledgeable tutor. She goes out of her way to provide information and assistance in relevant areas of study. Tanya has always encouraged Sofia to contact her outside of the tutor session if additional help is required. |
