Andrew is an amazing maths teacher. My son is a year 4 preliminary student, who had 4 months lessons with Andrew, once a week. At the end of last term in his school, he had the maths evaluation test, he got 100% correct in the level of year 8 maths. He also achieved the best score in year 4 of his school at the maths Olympiad, and is now studying year 11 math methods. My son has improved way beyond initial expectations and I would highly recommend Andrew if yours need a maths coach. |

Andrew has been my tutor from year 8 to year 12. At the start I had several deficiencies in my maths, and my teachers had told me I would be doing just Standard 2 for my HSC. The problem was, I love maths and science, I want to study engineering, and was very frustrated I could not improve with the tutors I had before. Fortunately, Andrew was very understanding of my current situation, he is a master in explaining all sorts of concepts, and his procedures are always to the point and many times quicker and easier than the books. With his guidance and encouragement my marks started improving, I was allowed to do advanced after a few months, but my objective was extension 2. We continued working weekly, and finally in year 10 my marks were good enough that my teachers gave me the great news of doing advanced and extension 1. At that point my confidence had grown so much, I kept working very hard and at the start of year 12 I was finally allowed to do extension 2, the hardest maths subject in Australia! Now admission to UNSW engineering, one of the top departments in Australia, is very likely too. For someone with moderate adhd and who was struggling for so long, this is amazing!! My parents are both very happy with my improvements, for which Andrew has been a major driving force. We are truly grateful for all his expertise, patience and encouragement. Thank you so much Andrew. |

Andrew was my maths tutor from year 10. After a non stellar start (several Cs in a row) I decided to engage his services and was not disappointed at all when my first mark was an A+! As I started doing much better right away, I was so happy I recommended him to my brother, then friends and relatives over the years.
Why I recommend Andrew? He knows what works, his strategies and explanations are very clear. From the start he was also very encouraging and respectful, as well as very professional and thorough, and doesn't cancel in the last minute or intimidate you, as I experienced with other tutors and teachers. Andrew really prioritises your improvement every single lesson! Thank you Andrew for all your fantastic help!! |

My son is in his first year of a physics degree, and says the best part of Andrew's tutoring apart from his incredible knowledge (he can answer so many questions off the top of his head) is the resources he freely sent, such as revision guides & old exams. My son feels that Andrew genuinely cares about how he is going and really wants him to succeed in his degree. Andrew has been integral in helping my son to fill in knowledge gaps in both maths and physics. His communication skills are excellent and prices are very reasonable given his level of expertise and effectiveness. This mum couldn't be more grateful!! |

To whom it may concern,
Andrew was the maths tutor for our twin boys for over a year.
He adapted easily to tutoring the boys together, in person and later, due to COVID restrictions, using online applications for individual sessions.
Andrew’s love of maths and enthusiasm for teaching are stand out features in his tutoring.
He is patient and undeterred in achieving understanding of maths concepts in his students.
He improved our sons capabilities in maths and this was rewarded by them both achieving grades which were 1 -2 levels above their pre-tutoring grades.

This review is to commend the work of Andrew, who was my methods tutor in 2019. Thanks to his expert, dedicated guidance I reached my goal and finished Mathematical Methods on an A, and in regards to my ATAR got a score of 99.35, which granted me admissions for all of my preferences which included University of Adelaide and UNSW, as well as a substantial Defence University Sponsorship! I was very happy with my achievements, which were to an important degree thanks to him. I am very grateful for the work and effort he put in to teaching me and help me improve substantially in this subject, key to my engineering admissions. I owe him so much for helping me reach my potential! Thank you so much Andrew! Andrew very successfully tutored my year 2 daughter in maths that was over two years ahead of the curriculum. My daughter was able to complete exercises in long multiplication and division, fractions, percentages, algebra, equations that was comparable to years 4 and 5 maths level. Andrew also impressed us with his professionalism and was always very approachable and easy to communicate with. He provided us with regular updates of her progress and plenty of weekly homework. We wholeheartedly recommend his maths tutoring services, we had been looking for a maths tutor for a while and were very glad to find someone who does concentrate on this subject and was so thorough and accomplished, it worked very well for us! |

Hi Andrew, I've been well and hope the same on your end. I received a 96.7 ATAR and improved over 30% in Methods, which all granted me admissions to the bachelor of health and medicine (advanced) from the University of Adelaide. Thank you for all the lessons last year and for the extra help, it all help me so much. Thank you for all the advice and the time you've put into ensuring I get into my desired career choice, now I'm on my way to becoming a doctor :)

Mr Andrew is a fantastic tutor. He guided me to improve in year 12 Methods more than 30%, this helped me reach the 92 ATAR band and secure admission to the Bachelor of Human Sciences at UWA. Last year I just moved to Australia and was finding a lot of the content not easy and my results were very worrying as I needed a high ATAR, fortunately Mr Andrew was very patient and explained everything clearly. He also followed up from time to time and was available every time I needed extra support during the rest of the week. Mr Andrew made my transition to Australia and to university studies much easier.
