READ ME!!
Coming from a student who had not scored well in SACS, Im here to share my experiences with my Tutor Tharushi.
Last year (year 11), I was a troubled student. Struggling with low grades and understanding the content
-No matter how hard I tried, I just couldnt get the content in my head or understand it.
That was until I was recommended by a friend to do lessons with Thaurshi. I booked a lesson with her and on day one, she was welcoming and fitted me right into her schedule asap. It was as if I were already her student. We address the issues based on my understanding of biology and begin straight away, helping me to consolidate my understanding of the content. I moved from a below average to an above average. Thaurshi is deeply understanding and truly sees the potential in her students. she's exactly like those nurturing people who truly want you to succeed. Learning with her is a no-judgment zone, this is because she doesn't make me feel dumb for asking questions I would typically feel when I'm at a
School and asking the teacher the same thing. Her classes leave *you with knowledge and learning. The prices for these classes are worth paying, as it gives me hope I can enter my college afterwards. |

Tharushi is the reason I have a stable biology foundation, everything I know is because of her. Usually Id feel embarrassed asking my dumb questions with my tutors because I was a very slow learner but I never felt that with Tharushi. She knew when I didnt understand and never failed to mould her teaching to my learning abilities and correlate this subject to analogies that I actually comprehended because the textbook didnt make sense to me.
She was not only good at what she tutored but she made me feel such an ease being around her. I could connect with her, knowing she genuinely cared about me and my potential, never failing to let me know when I could do better but never judging me either. When Id panic trying to catch up the content with what the teacher taught in classes, Id go in every lesson to Tharushis knowing shed be able to do the impossible help me understand.
She wont let anyone slack off, shell never sit back and let you struggle with your grades, shell persist for her students to be the best of them. She made me the best I could be.
If you want to be the best version of yourself for bio, I cannot recommend her more. Thank-you miss for an amazing 2 years!!! |

Going from a person who didnt even know what organelles were, Im shocked at how far Tharushi helped me come. From debating if I should drop Bio in general, convincing myself that I didnt need it anyway, Tharushi made everything make sense. I asked too many questions, dumb questions that she always had great analogies for. Usually Id fear asking too much, or saying I dont understand, but with her I just felt an ease asking my dumb questions and I know at the end of the day, she cared about me and never failed to let me know when I could do better, never failing to guide me either. Shes great guys, 100% recommend :)) literally so smart. |
