I went from disliking the subject and thinking it was impossible for me to do well to now having more belief in myself. This wouldn’t be possible without Neel’s attentive and tailored support which not only helped improve my marks but also made learning the subject more engaging and enjoyable. I also found Neel’s 1on1 consults very useful as he would provide targeted and individual feedback on my work and also helped me identify the areas which I needed to improve on. I also found the lesson notes and video recordings of lessons as very useful as they were well organised and concise whilst still packing lots of detailed information and content. Overall the course was amazing and definitely worth it, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an Eng lang tutor. |

I went into VCE English Language Units 3/4 feeling really nervous and anxious since I hadn’t done Units 1/2 and had no idea how to approach SAQs, essays, or ACs. Neel’s tutoring helped me gain confidence and truly understand the subject. His lessons were affordable, two hours long, and always super helpful. He was always available to answer questions and happy to mark any practice material I sent him. Neel is a master of English language and he helped me a lot with my exam preparation. I found him towards the end of the year after one of my last sacs, hoping to get some help with preparation for the exams. His lessons were always full of content, perfectly planned and easy to follow. Not only did Neel clearly explain his language choices and the points behind questions, he shared valuable metalanguage and strategies that helped him in his exams with the students. He also was always available throughout the week for any questions and gave good, constructive feedback on submitted work. He helped me a lot with my paragraphs, looking over them and sharing good examples to put into them. He is overall a fantastic mentor who was always positive, provided great help and supported me until the very last minute before the exam! |

When i got my first practice work back from school, it was not good at all despite me putting in a lot of efforts. Once I joined tuition with Neel, I felt that my practice became more specific and targeted and I ended up doing great on my first SAC. |

Neel has been able to help me significantly improve from my 1/2 scores. I went from getting mediocre scores in year 11 to a high score in my first year 12 sac in just 2 months. This improvement was possible because of the effort Neel put in providing feedback for my practice essays (even late the night before a sac) and high yield content was taught in class. |
