Could not recommend Leher enough. This was my 3rd year applying and he was able to not only push me past the few points I needed but all the way to 90% on the MMI.
He has a clear idea of what is needed in the MMI - in terms of both the substance of WHAT is being said and HOW it should be said. Do your own due diligence combined with Leher's lessons and you won't be let down. |

What immediately stood out to me was Leher’s attitude and commitment to the students he tutored. He made a space that I felt comfortable to make mistakes and learn from them.
His knowledge is incredible, providing different perspectives and views towards a Casper situation. Even only across a few sessions with Leher, I found myself thinking much more laterally trying to consider alternative approaches. Ultimately leading me to a Q4 Casper.
I would highly recommend! |

Leher kindly went through a UQ MMI mock question with me. He provided timing, comprehensive written and verbal feedback, and his overall demeanour was extremely kind, professional, and articulate. I felt more confident in my responses and my ability to perform well during my upcoming interview. If this small interaction is indicative of his competency as a tutor, then I would highly recommend his services. Thank you again! |

I was really anxious about my MMI given it was my first time applying for medical school. I turned to Leher for help and he was amazing - he gave me lots of practical, honest and insightful feedback, which especially helped open my eyes to specific weaknesses I had with phrasing, personable experiences and elaborating topics. He is wonderful as a mentor and has some great knowledge about what medical school is like, which helped assure me that it was the right decision to apply. I highly recommend him as a tutor for anyone seeking to apply for medicine! |

Leher was an absolute legend. He took me from barely coherent interview skills to receiving offers in just five sessions! From the very first session, he knew exactly what I needed to improve and got to work on it immediately. He gave me the confidence and skills to perform well enough to receive an offer, something I genuinely don’t think would have happened without his help. I really appreciate everything you did, mate. |

I was about a week out from casper and found Leher's guidance crucial to my q3. Coming from a q1, having Leher demystify everything casper is about was the ultimate game changer. I will definitely love to work with him before my next sitting for that q4. Even a few lessons increasing my score by 2 quartiles is testament to the fact that the guidance and approach really knocked it out of the park. |

I had a great Casper experience with Leher. He was always willing to go above and beyond to help me and explain the case scenario with examples. As someone whose first language isn’t English, I especially appreciated how patient and encouraging he was. If you’re looking for a tutor who genuinely cares about your progress and provides thoughtful, personalised guidance, I would highly recommend Leher to anyone preparing for the CASPer test. |

I was looking for a Casper tutor with under 4 weeks left, as it was my first ever time sitting. Came across Leher on Facebook, through another student's comment. Even with such little time, he genuinely helped me gauge a good understanding of the exam and ultimately to get the quartile I wanted. He didn't just focus on content, but also expression and voice - he pays attention to the details and focuses on genuinity of answers. He gave model answers after almost all prep scenarios we went through, which helped a lot rather than trying to guess my way through. Great attitude, he is honest and gives direct feedback! Highly recommend. |

I went into CASPer practice completely blind, and Leher was incredibly approachable, down-to-earth, supportive, and responsive throughout the process. His feedback was practical and constructive, helping me clearly identify areas for improvement and showing me exactly how to strengthen my responses. I left each session with a much better understanding of what CASPer assessors are looking for and would highly recommend him to anyone preparing for the exam. |

I had a breakthrough, improving from 1st quartile to 3rd quartile. Lehar helped me formulate structured responses to the Casper scenarios, making my exam experience a lot more comfortable and manageable. Beyond Casper strategies, he also cares about realistic approach to enter med schools by going through different options available that I was not aware of and I thought it was enlightening |

I had a great experience getting MMI help with Leher! He's not only very knowledgable about the in's and outs of MMI, but also is a very sincere coach. I found that he's very personable and tutored in a way that was very personalised, understandable and applicable. My experience was that I gained a lot of fluency and confidence in my MMI responses, which made me more comfortable in the actual MMI, and I believe that helped me secure an offer. He's also very good at providing general guidance around the medical school application process as well so I would highly recommend to anyone looking to be well prepared for the med school admisions process |

Leher carried me through the interview training process. I started with very little clue as to how I should approach sections of my interview. Leher gave me feedback on my scenarios, not some waffle about how I'm doing great or something generic of that nature; it was a genuine run down on what I did wrong. He championed productivity in his classes, rather than blurting out generic information- that I feel is very common in today's leading group tutoring classes. He has a vast knowledge on indigenous Australians and their culture, and is particularly very well equipped to understanding the cultures of QLD people. Even to the pre-planned flowchart I had in my mind when I answered a certain question, I answered very fast and overly exaggerated. Leher explained to me how this could be something that could overwhelm the interviewers- especially to rural focused university interviewers where they are more accustomed to a relaxed and breezy student as one they'd prefer for entry into their programs. Further, Leher has a very unique way of approaching scenarios. It isn't your generic "oh signpost, act like a robot so you can maximise the capped marks available to taking that approach'--> this is what put me off about most interview tutors. Leher built his tutoring to be one that maximises your attributes rather than taking a straight path. What I mean by this, is that in his scenario responses, he makes them more of a story. Easy to read for the interviewer, and one that feels so much more versatile to bring in more nuanced ideas into the response. To really squeeze out as much out of the question's details, to show the interviewer that 1. you're thinking deeply, and 2. that you aren't forcing tutoring content down your throat. After about 10-12 lessons, I lay her with a Unbonded CSP offer at JCU with an uncompetitive atar. For this, I am very greatful for Leher's help |

As an international student, when I began preparing for my Australian medical school interviews, I was unsure of how to approach of my preparation. It was a challenging task to navigate as I had little to no information regarding Australia’s healthcare system or how Australian medical schools conducted their interviews. Thankfully, I had the privilege of running into Leher, who was able to provide me with the guidance needed to succeed. During our first session, Leher took the time to assess my baseline skills, and then used that information to create a preparation plan/schedule catered to my specific weaknesses. By following this individualized plan, I was able to develop the foundational knowledge and skillset needed to succeed. Thanks to Leher’s help, I was fortunate enough to receive MD offers from multiple schools, including the likes of Unimelb and Griffith. I would highly recommend Leher to anyone who is seeking help with medical school interviews! |

Leher is a knowledgeable, kind and patient MMI tutor and was an integral part of receiving a CSP offer for the Greater Brisbane pathway at the University of Queensland. He came to every session prepared with a wide variety of questions which made the lessons move along smoothly and time efficient. The feedback that was given was thorough, thoughtful and tailored to my specific needs which made me progress quite quickly. Other than that, he is an all around great person to have a yarn with in the down time between questions - lessons don't feel like lectures.
I would highly recommend Leher to those looking for advice and input for their medical school interview. |

Leher was a wonderful tutor, and I am very lucky to have received his assistance and guidance in preparing for the MMIs. Despite my poor initial performances, Leher was patient and clear in providing feedback and example responses. Never afraid to point out when I went the wrong path with an answer, Leher proved instrumental in helping me build a game plan for interview day and perform at my absolute best and ultimately receive an offer.
More than simply helping me with the interviews, he also went above and beyond to support me through the stresses of the application process. To any prospective students, I can wholeheartedly recommend Leher's services - they are incredible value and his students' results speak for themselves. |

I will forever be grateful to Leher for helping me prepare for my UQ MMI. I truly believe Leher’s assistance got me over the line to secure a CSP at UQ for 2026. In the months leading up to my MMI, I struggled to find high-yield preparation methods. However, when I began bi-weekly tutoring sessions with Leher (about 5 weeks prior to my interview), I felt my confidence and the quality of my preparation increase exponentially. During our sessions, Leher provided critical and nuanced feedback after each practice scenario prompting constant reflection and improvement in my practice during and after our sessions. The scenarios created/provided by Leher encouraged me to contemplate ideas and demonstrate values that I had not encountered through generic preparation forums. I firmly believe this gave my responses an invaluable point of difference on interview day. Leher’s supportive and personable demeanour also made the gruelling interview process a little less daunting. I recommend Leher’s tutoring services without hesitation. |

It was an absolute privilege to be tutored by Leher for my med-school interview, and I couldn’t recommend him more. Leher’s attention to detail, kindness, and patience made every session invaluable and engaging. With his support, I was able to turn simple ideas into strong, compelling narratives, and I gained real confidence in both structured responses and role-play scenarios. His knowledge is incredibly broad—ranging from medico-legal issues and Indigenous health to rural and regional practice, patient-centred communication, and serving marginalised communities. To summarise, Leher is a very good tutor, but he may be an even better human being. |

I did multiple group sessions followed by weekly individual sessions in preparation for my MMI with Leher and ended up getting an MD offer from UWA. Leher is extremely knowledgeable on med application processes and MMI content and is also very good at giving feedback. I am very happy with the practice sessions I had and especially how individualised they were. Interviews have been a weakness of mine and speaking in an MMI setting was something that did not come to me naturally but I definitely think the way Leher focused on the areas I needed to improve on while acknowledging the parts I was stronger in, made the sessions very efficient and to the point. |

Very knowledgeable about the MMI. Leher's feedback is easy to understand and constructive. Most importantly, Leher was very honest with his feedback. If something was wrong/not going well, he made it clear immediately. If something needed improving, he was very specific on how it could be improved. I found that after each session with Leher I became more confident with my interview skills, and others I was practicing with pointed out large improvements during my interview practice. After 7 sessions with Leher I sat my interview and received a place offer at UQ.
Overall, I would highly recommend Leher if you want to improve at the MMI. |

I had an exceptional experience working with Leher throughout the CASPer and MMI preparation process. His guidance played a major role in helping me score in the 4th quartile on CASPer and ultimately secure an offer from UNDS.
What really sets him apart is how deeply he cares about his students. He’s genuinely invested in their growth, incredibly enthusiastic in his teaching, and always willing to go the extra mile. Each session was structured but engaging, and he created a supportive environment where I felt comfortable pushing myself.
He helped me become far more articulate in my responses, more confident under timed pressure, and much better at unpacking the “why” behind each scenario. This approach didn’t just prepare me for specific questions—it taught me how to apply the same reasoning across any scenario I might face. |

Leher is incredibly patient, non-dismissive, and gives precise, constructive feedback. Even though I do not have any experience with medical interviews, resulting in objectively very poor answers and performance from myself, Leher continued to be patient and gave me well structured interview advice and feedback. Time-wise, Leher is also focussed not on any strict time to finish tutoring, but rather he gets the job and topic done before leaving. In this way, I don't feel pressured to begin thinking at light speed to finish my response, leading me to be able to be more effective in delivering a better response.
I also feel that his manner of teaching works very well - he begins providing feedback by asking how I personally felt about my response, effectively checking if I even know where I went wrong, before continuing from a common point where he and I both feel that I am at.
Being the student for a medical interview lesson is very uncomfortable. It's not easy for that feeling to dissipate. However, I at least felt open in sharing my answers with Leher, knowing that he won't just shut me down when I say something bad.
I am more than happy with Leher's explanations and how he really tries to help me. |

Leher is one of the best tutors out there! I was incredibly lucky to have found him when I did, because without him, I wouldn't have been able to clear my UQ interview, honest to god. He gave me specific advice for my interview, and very detailed feedback on all the practice questions we did together. Additionally, more than a tutor, he was also a mentor, who answered all my 1000 questions and neurotic thoughts about not just the interview but the medical entrance process, and even other random stuff, all the while managing med school. He was there when I needed him the most, and he delivered, and I'll always be grateful for that :). |

Leher tutored me for MMI and CASPer and he was great! He offered good quality original scenario's and questions and valuable feedback on my answers, helping me to identify areas of improvement and new ways of thinking. With his help I was able to provide much more developed and mature answers in my CASPer exam, finally breaking through to a 4th quartile score. He also has great knowledge of the application process of GEMSAS and helped me immensely in understanding where my scores stood with different uni's and how to place my preferences effectively! |
