I've had over 200 lessons with Mrs Hao, and I can confidently say it's been an incredibly rewarding journey. Her teaching style is patient, clear, and always tailored to my learning pace and goals. Whether it was mastering tones, building vocabulary, or improving conversation skills, they've guided me every step of the way with professionalism and encouragement. |

Been learning Mandarin Chinese with Ying for around 7 years now and I can definitely say that she is a fantastic teacher. With fun and practical learning catered to all age groups, she is able to easily explain and demonstrate complex concepts, such as language structure and writing, even if you have absolutely no prior knowledge of Mandarin. She has been teaching me from a very young age and has always been extremely patient and understanding, able to cope with my sometimes slow comprehension and my tired moods after school. Learning with her is honestly amazing and will most definitely give you the skills you need to speak, read and write Chinese at any level. |

My three children have been learning Chinese with Mrs Ying Hao in the Castle Hill Library since 2013. They accumulatedly learnt more than 300 hours. We are very satisfied with the her teaching methods and her teaching quality. Mrs Ying Hao is not only good at teaching Chinese, but also very good at explaining things in English if kids don't understand. The most important thing is that she has continuous enthusiasm and patience for teaching, not just for money. We learn online on ZOOM because of covid-19 and we are happy as well (It is saving me travlling and waiting time). My youngest son is in Grade 5 this year. I plan to keep him learning with Mrs Ying Hao until Grade12. |

Daniel & Leo had been taught by Mrs Ying since Kindergarten & Yr2, respectively. Not once have they ever complained and are always enthusiast with their Chinese lessons. Mrs Ying taught well, communicate well with kids and is very patient. We were lucky to have lessons face to face, so we got to know her as a great teacher who is warm, accessible and caring. She catered to each child's level & need. Her lessons & tasks range from easy to hard, depending on the child's abilities. I especially want to point out that I like the content of her lessons, because it is extremely hard to find a good teacher teaching good, practical Chinese. And they are not just random Chinese words. I had past experience with other teacher who taught numbers as their first lesson and then to colours and suddenly to occupation. The content & topics of Mrs Ying's lessons are great and they flowed. Her lessons were engaging and useful. My boys learnt alot and improve their conversation, writing and reading skills. I would highly recommended her to anyone interested in learning. |

Mrs Ying Hao was great Chinese teacher with effective teaching style. We have been with her for over 1 year now and my daughter loves her lesson. Mrs Hao is able to get my daughter engaged in learning and have fun during the lessons. Highly recommended! |
