My son, Yang, has been taking Alan's one-on-one lessons from Year 10 to Year 12, and his English skills have improved significantly with Alan's help. Alan possesses extensive expertise in teaching English and is always supportive, patient, and encouraging. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has a deep understanding of how to effectively improve a student's learning process. Most importantly, he consistently guides my son to develop valuable ideas in English writing, inspiring him to think broadly and explore diverse perspectives. This has been profoundly insightful, eye-opening, and has greatly broadened his mind.
We feel very fortunate to have Alan guiding Yang and helping him prepare for his VCE. With Alan's support, my son is confident about achieving a high score in his EAL exam. Alan is absolutely fantastic! A VCE teacher myself I only wanted the best for my daughter - Alan is definitely that - he is an experienced teacher and identifies the students weaknesses; this has had an astounding impact on my daughter's SAC results. As Alan has been a VCE assessor he knows exactly what is required to hit the marks on the VCE examinations not only does he have the technical skills but he knows how to relate to the student and builds the relationship whilst teaching content. My daughter adores Alan and really loves her year 12 lesson with him - this has made all the difference to her VCE English performance. Thank you sooo much Alan! |

My son, a current year 12 student, has been tutored by Alan since May 2016. A great tutor Alan is!
Alan has worked on understanding the modules as well as assessments of the subject to help get the best marks possible. My son obtained a score of 29/30 early this year. Huge improvement!
My son feels much more confident in the subject as the encouragement, support Alan has provided him plus constructive and positive advice to “unlock his ability”.
