I started tutoring with Mr. Entwhistle at the beginning of Year 12 for Mathematics Applications. Since then, my results have steadily improved. He is an educated, patient, and dedicated tutor who tailors his teaching style to suit my individual learning needs. His clear explanations and ability to break down complex concepts have helped me build both confidence and understanding in the multiple topics we went through! |

My son was struggling with his Year 8 English. He would spend a disproportionate amount of time stressfully preparing for his assessments, only for the results to be disheartening. He could see himself dropping out of AE class soon. That’s when he asked if we could get him some help.
After a few lessons with David, my son learnt the technique to convey complex ideas in a structured and concise manner. His marks improved gradually, he is less stressed, and he now has more time to work on his other subjects. David then stretches his ability by giving him more challenging work, and he’s enjoying it! |

David’s commitment to helping me succeed truly made a significant impact on my academic journey. He was always willing to answer countless questions, and his ability to break down complex concepts into understandable, manageable parts has been instrumental in my academic progress. Before seeking help from David I found maths quite challenging and I didn’t feel confident in my writing (essay structure and comprehension). With Davids guidance English and maths became my top subjects in year 12. |

My year twelve son has been attending weekly sessions with David this year to assist him with his ATAR english course. He began lessons with David at the end of term two after receiving a D with 49 percent as his final grade for English in semester one.
David was able to help my son overcome some of his stumbling blocks in English. His final end of year grade for English is now 57 percent.
I found David to be highly knowledgeable and experienced. He has a very calm and encouraging demeanour which really helped my son to flourish. I couldn't be happier with David as our choice of tutor. My only regret is that we didn't begin lessons sooner. I would highly recommend David as a tutor to anybody who is serious about improving their child's grades. |

David tutored our son for ATAR English through Years 11 and 12. David has proven to be extremely reliable and accommodated our busy school schedule working hard to deliver quality tuition to our son. Most importantly, he provided curriculum which was relevant, targeted to my son's needs and delivered it in a manner which maintained my son's interest and motivation throughout his senior school years. David made the sessions of English enjoyable, unpacking and explaining the concepts covered in my son's class work and assignments. We would not hesitate to recommend David as a tutor. |
