Hi, my name is Jing and I am offering reliable, fun and professional Mandarin tutoring. My mother tongue is standard and proper Mandarin with no accent and I have an excellent grasp of the English language as I have spent the last 29 years in both the UK and Australia. I have a Masters Degree in Molecular Biology from Murdoch University and have been tutoring Mandarin on and off for the past 20 years. I am an experienced teacher and have taught and am still currently teaching young children, primary school kids, mature adults and ATAR students.

I believe that Mandarin is a great second language for everyone! Chinese is a beautiful language and along the way, you will learn about the wonderful culture and have a great and fun time.

I can offer - a motivating and fun learning experience for people of all ages
- both individual or group lessons - basic through to advanced levels of Mandarin, both speaking and writing
- tailored lessons based on individual needs
- proficiency in speaking, writing, reading & listening skills
- use of textbooks and CDs to further assist with the learning process
- transitioning from the PinYin (pronunciation system) to reading and recognizing the Chinese characters
- wide variety of lesson plans, from reading articles, newspapers, poetry to interacting with other Native speakers
- long term and stable tuition as I am an Australia citizen
