🌟 TUTORING APPROACH
Having tutored excessively for the past year, I have developed a tailored and personalised approach for each student, depending on their academic abilities, ensuring each student's weaknesses are addressed to facilitate fast-tracked growth. I always strive to develop a strong relationship with my students, based on mutual respect, acting as not only an educator, but a mentor and a friend. With a content heavy subject like Chemistry, I aim to simplify concepts and focus strictly on the study design, no irrelevant content will be taught! Although often a daunting subject, I take pride in promoting understanding among my students to ensure they are best prepared for the exam. I am always willing to answer questions or calls outside of the tutoring session, ensuring they know they have 24/7 support from someone who cares about their VCE Journey.

Experience

Have tutored over 20 students in 2021 for Chemistry, with over 1000 hours of tutoring experience both online and in-person.

Recruited as the Chemistry tutor in charge for Regional Education Support Network (RESN) where I prepared and delivered weekly seminars to groups of 5-15 students. I also contributed to the development of 3/4 HHD Wiki pages for students to access.

Recruited as a team member for Connect Education where I delivered 2 - 4 hour seminars for HHD exam preparation, delivering content to over 250 students and over 15 schools.

Qualifications

I am a 2020 graduate with a 99.05 ATAR

Raw study scores of 46 (48 scaled) in Chemistry and 48 in HHD
