Highly experienced Aerospace Engineer, Computer Scientist and Tutor with 12 years experience teaching Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Aerospace and Programming subjects in the education and the aerospace industries.

For High School Students from Year 7 to 12, I specialise in the following subjects: Mathematics (including Maths Methods, Specialist Maths, and General Maths), Physics, Engineering and Aerospace Systems.

For University and Adult Students I specialise in: Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Aviation, Aerospace and Programming subjects.

My teaching philosophy is focused on enhancing and improving students understanding by encouraging curiosity in their subjects to discover "WHY" and "HOW" things work, and then applying this understanding to real world situations and the students passions. Although different to mainstream teaching, this approach is not originally mine, but is based on Albert Einstein's personal philosophies on education and has helped many of my students achieve outstanding results.

I avoid teaching students simply by having them memorise formulas without them understanding how they work like many others, as this does not lead to long term education or understanding.

I am a highly experienced Aerospace Engineer, Computer Scientist and Tutor with extensive teaching experience of Mathematics, Physics, Programming and Engineering subjects in the aerospace industry and the education sectors.

My training career started when I taught and trained senior technicians in the Royal Australian Air Force how to fault find, repair and modify Aerospace and Electronic systems on advanced F/A-18 Hornet aircraft for 2 years and was rated as the best instructor by students from these training courses.

I have since taught and tutored Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Aerospace and Aviation subjects privately for High School and Adult students for the last 12 years and am also qualified with a Diploma in Secondary Education.

I am also passionate about motivating and inspiring students in their studies and encouraging links to their future life goals using my qualifications and experience in Life Coaching and peak performance techniques.
