My dear tutor, Jayden Hyunwoo Choi, has helped me in my English Language journey significantly. He gives us detailed and thorough feedback which has given me great confidence in my English Language skills. He makes his lesson coursework detailed and relevant to the topics. I would highly recommend Jayden Hyunwoo Choi as a tutor. |

Top top tutor right here, i am so grateful i can now cook with my metalanguage ball knowledge. he literally taught me how to sauté a hypocorism the other day (i got burnt though as i splashed the oil on accident, still he is a 10/10 tutor). what a legend. he also taught me some korean, and how to be a certified rizz dealer. |

He was more like a beauty king from a movie scene
I said, "Don't mind, but what do you mean, I am the one
Who will dance on the floor in the round?"
He said I am the one
Who will dance on the floor in the round
He told me his name was Jayden Choi as he caused a scene
Then every head turned with eyes that dreamed of bein' the one
Who will dance on the floor in the round
People always told me, "Be careful of what you do
Don't go around breakin' young boys’ hearts" (hee-hee)
And mother always told me, "Be careful of who you love
And be careful of what you do (oh-oh)
'Cause the lie becomes the truth" (oh-oh), hey-ey
Jayden Choi is not my lover
He's just a boy who claims that I am the one (oh, baby)
But the kid is not my son (hoo)
He says I am the one (oh, baby)
But the kid is not my son (hee-hee-hee, no-no, hee-hee-hee, hoo)
For forty days and for forty nights, law was on his side
But who can stand when he's in demand? His schemes and plans
'Cause we danced on the floor in the round (hee)
So take my strong advice
Just remember to always think twice
(Do think twice) do think twice (ah-hoo)
He told my baby we'd danced 'til three, then he looked at me
Then showed a photo of a baby cryin', his eyes were like mine (oh, no)
Go and dance on the floor in the round, baby (ooh, hee-hee-hee)
People always told me, "Be careful of what you do
And don't go around breakin' young boys' hearts" (don't break no hearts, hee-hee)
But he came and stood right by me
Just the smell of sweet perfume
This happened much too soon
He called me to his room, hey-ey
Jayden Choi is not my lover (hoo)
He's just a boy who claims that I am the one
But the kid is not my son
No-no-no, no-no, no-no-no (hoo)
Jayden Choi is not my lover
He's just a boy who claims that I am the one
But the kid is not my son (no, no)
He says I am the one
But the kid is not my son (no, hee-hee-ho, hee-hee-hee)
Hee, hoo
He says I am the one
But the kid is not my son (no-no-no, hoo, oh)
Jayden Choi is not my lover
He's just a boy who claims that I am the one (you know what you did to me, baby)
But the kid is not my son
No-no-no (no-no-no, ah), no-no-no-no (no-no-no)
He says I am the one (no)
But the kid is not my son (no-no-no-no)
He says I am the one (you know what you did)
He says he is my son (breakin' my heart, babe)
He says I am the one
Jayden Choi is not my lover
Jayden Choi is not my lover
Jayden Choi is not my lover
Jayden Choi is not my lover (don't call me Jayden Choi, hoo)
Jayden Choi is not my lover
Jayden Choi is not- (hee) |

HRM King Jayden (Le-king) Choi singlehandedly saved my academic career, through his inside advice into VCAA's VCE English Language system, allowing myself to find confidence in my ACs and Essays. The way he communicates establishes his expertise from the very start, while not failing to build rapport with his students. He is able to converse in SAE and many ethnic variations of it. He pertains to his students positive, and negative face needs, by glazing their work, while allowing them some self-direction and autonomy over areas that they wish to study. |

"Sometimes in life, you have to go all in, and it won’t always work out, but that's okay, its better to burn you cookies and learn for next time, than to be to afraid to put them in the oven and be forced to eat them raw." - jayden choi 2026

If you're looking for a tutor who knows what he's doing and is willing to put up with his student's slander, he's the guy for you. Besides being very knowledgeable in English Language VCE and having centuries of experience, Jayden's a really nice and patient tutor- is very passionate about what he teaches and is happy to explain concepts if you don't understand.
Also he's really behind on the latest teenspeak, might be because he's no longer a teen himself (pushing 60s). |

Going into English Language I was really lost as it was a writing style completely different to what I was doing in years 7-9. Jayden really helped to show me the nuances between the two styles, help me in understanding all my metalanguage and analysis as well as developing my own writing voice. His clear, step-by-step approach to teaching made it easy for me to understand and grasp new content and the feedback he provided on my SAQs, ACs and Essays were easy to improve upon. Thank you so much Jayden! |

Review: 5/5 Stars - Highly Recommend!
Honestly... Jayden Choi is like, an absolute lifesaver for VCE English Language. I was struggling so much with the metalanguage at the start of the year, but... uhh... he just makes everything click.
His classes are super structured, but, ahh, he still takes the time to explain the hard concepts like phonology or discourse analysis in a way that actually makes sense. Like... he doesn't just read off a slide. He breaks down the actual stimulus material and shows you exactly what examiners want to see.
And, umm, his feedback is incredible. He marks essays so fast and gives, like, really specific advice on how to improve your analytical commentaries. I used to get so stuck on how to structure my paragraphs, but... yeah, his templates and examples helped me so much.
If you are looking for a tutor who actually cares and, uhhs, knows the study design inside out... definitely go with Jayden. He's a great teacher and just a really nice guy, honestly. |
