She was an absolutely wonderful tutor who helped me succeed in Advanced English, English Extension 1 and English Extension 2. Her support was especially invaluable during Extension 2, which I completed via distance education in my Y12 year. She had a real talent for breaking down complex concepts and making them simple to understand, while teaching me skills that I still use in my everyday life today. I’m incredibly grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional English tutor! |

Amanda tutored me throughout my Year 11–12 schooling, with a particular focus on analysis and precision in essay writing. Amanda helped me understand how to better articulate and execute my points, while removing the ‘waffle’. She tailored her approach to my learning style and needs, while also holding me accountable when I got lazy. She was an excellent tutor, with the perfect mix of being personable but professional. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing assistance with English in the 7–12 setting. |
