I have been Mr Nguyen's physic student since the beginning of 2020 during grade 11 until I graduated high school in December 2021. Mr Nguyen has helped me with all my troubles in physics including misunderstanding in content, help in assignments, providing specific feedback and extra practice resources for physics. Mr Nguyen's teaching attitude to me more like a friend more like a teacher, which is perfect for teenagers to be more engaged in some relatively dry content. Therefore effectively stimulated their educational attitude towards studying physics in high school. |

This is the forth and final year that I am having Mr Nguyen as my tutor, I started tutoring with him while he was still in Sydney(in person) and I was failing Mathematics with no intentions of completing it in year 11 and 12. It was definitely frustrating when we first started but he patiently stuck through it with me and helped me understand the complex maths concepts through a simpler lens. From his presentation to teaching style, none of it fit any maths learning stereotype expected which made learning the topics a lot less intimating. At the start of year 11, Mr Nguyen had to move QLD but I knew that I wanted to continue tutoring with him, regardless of the conditions which meant we would have to go online. Initially I was concerned with how this would affect the quality of the lessons but due to Mr Nguyen's engagement and prepared online class structure, he was able to maintain the same level of teaching throughout.
By the senior years, I was studying both extension 1 maths and physics (Both subjects I never thought I would ever do) with Mr Nguyen, averaging 90% percent of both subjects. I am definitely sad that this is the last year that I am having Mr Nguyen as my tutor but I am definitely grateful to have someone like him to accompany me through the ups and downs of high school. I could not recommend him enough, he is the best educator I've ever had and I genuinely believe he is one of the best in the world. THANK YOU TONY :) |

I am an international student and English was not my first language so I have been struggling a lot with Physics and Maths theory. I started being tutored by Tony Nguyen since the end of year 11. I was very impressed by his patience and professionalism. He was willing to explain every concept to help me improving my Physics and Maths grades. Tony is super friendly and easy to communicate with. I am very happy and motivated when having Tony as my tutor for HSC. |

I was studying Maths and Physics with tutor Tony in the end of year 11 until graduation high school. Tony is very friendly and enthusiastic while teaching and solving student’s question. I felt comfortable and motivated about his attitude and quality of knowledge. |

Tony started tutoring me half way through year 12 and was able to bump my grades up from 50% to 80-90%. He will continue to explain things until you understand the information and is very patient and considerate. He makes class interesting and exciting. He is very flexible, always able to switch up days and times. I highly recommend Tony as a tutor. |

I am extremely grateful to have had Mr Nguyen not only as a maths tutor, but as a mentor for my studies in my HSC year. Without his help, I would have marks that I wouldn’t be proud of. Mr Tony Nguyen was very encouraging whenever I needed assistance and I always relied on him whenever I had questions that I could not understand. Prior to his classes, I was unable to comprehend concepts at school and I lost motivation and care for my studies, however, with his help and dedication I have improved immensely in my ability to learn and academic results. Entering his class during my preliminary year, I had been failing the Mathematics course, and my now vastly improved marks are a reflection of his great teaching capabilities. Thank you Mr Nguyen for being a large positive contributor to my HSC, helping me reach my full potential and teaching me love learning again! |

Mr Tony Nguyen is an excellent english tutor. i have been tutored by Tony for just over 2 years and i can well assure you my marks went from a 72% to a 91% in my yearly grade. Tony has always been on time and prepared for every lesson we have had with easy to understand work. He is very good with swapping around lessons if one could be missed. Tony has also helped me with my transition from year 6 to year 7. He helped me reacbh my goals from being a B student to reaching the A. overall i rate tony a 9/10. I am still studying with Tony Now |

I contacted Tony at the beginning of year 12 after various math tutors attempted to tutor me but lacked the dedication to truly formulate, strengthen and the consistency in exercising those skills. Tony understood that my 'inability' and 'lack of motivation' in maths wasn't caused by the teenage tendency to be lethargic and uninterested, it was because prior, nobody valued the potential in me to start from scratch and truly work through each topic so that I understood every aspect and felt completely confident in entering the HSC. Tony took my 48% in maths to a 96 in the HSC, I can't thank Tony enough for completely transforming my outlook on maths enabling me to accomplish all of my HSC dreams. I have been to so many maths tutors for so many different prices and switched teachers so many times (mind you I basically didn't have a maths teacher at school), but Tony out of my TEN math tutors was the only one who was able to help me. |

Tony Nguyen, maths tutored me for 2 years through my HSC course in 2016-2017 and dramatically boosted up my marks within each exam and continually improved my knowledge in Maths. My school, had a different process for the HSC course, I studied 3 subjects, did my preliminary exams and HSC for those 3 subjects in one year. It was out of the ordinary, for Tony and it meant that we had to push ourselves harder than a normal student , but for us we managed that and I succeeded immensely, Thanks to Tony.
Tony isn’t a tutor, he’s also a friend, someone you can talk too, someone who cares about their students and enjoys what he does best. Tony creates in an entertaining environment and this is why I recommend Tony to any student. He’s passionate, mature, organised and encourages any student who lacks in their study. Tony still checks up on me and we still are in contact. This just shows the strong bond we grew over the years. |

Tony Nguyen was an excellent tutor that taught me during my senior years in 2014-2015. He guided me through my studies from year 11 and stuck with me until I completed my HSC and even keeps in contact with me now to give me advice relating with my University course. Tony was completely patient with me especially at the start when I was falling far behind at school work. Before I met Tony Nguyen, I have been receiving low marks around 25%, where both my parents and I wanted for me just to pass. However, Tony pushed me through my studies and eventually I did get over 50% but at that point I knew I could improve in english and that mark wasn't enough. By the end of the year 12, my marks jumped from 25% to high 80%, something I wouldn't have ever imagined. I recommend Tony Nguyen to any student who wants to boost their grades but also change their mindset when it comes to studying. Tony is a great tutor and also like an older brother to me, and what he has taught me years ago, I still carry out in my studies today. |
