Pat is a great communicator and always well prepared for each lesson for my boys, he works them hard during the hour and my boys have both improved in their school reports especially my youngest in yr9 from achieving C average to an A in English now. First and foremost, a good tutor who'll approach you with quality human traits, which in itself will be worth your money. Patient, punctual and flexible. Very encouraging and will applaud your achievements more than berate your failures, if at all. Diplomatic in his choice of words when offering critique.
Very knowledgeable in the content he teaches. He will not hesitate to share it through feedback, useful pdf documents and workshops during lessons. Best way to integrate his knowledge is to be proactive - ask him questions, show him your sample responses and take notes of his observations and comments; there will be many. You will find yourself able to apply his teachings without you having to think about it in no time.
The most success I've had with a business tutor, as a student who made a switch twice, and guaranteed results to those willing to put in the effort to take advantage of this tutor. He has personally been an absolute pleasure to work with.
